Why should we worship? Who benefits from worship? Although we worship to adore God, we are the main benefactors of worship.

O: Obedience, Oneness with God
R: Rejoice, Rest, Refreshment
S: Sacrifice Spiritual Simple
H: Him, Honor Him, Holiness
I: Illumination, Imagination, Interaction, Impossible becomes Possible
P: Presence, Praise, Prayer, Peace
Romans 12: 1-2, 11-12, 18:
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship… And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God… Do not lack diligence, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer. If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.
